Stock hit a 52-week high after the Board announced the record date for the 1:10 stock split

The company has a market cap of over Rs 1,900 crore and the stock is up by 27 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 625.50 per share.

R M Drip and Sprinklers Systems Limited has approved the sub-division of its equity shares. The existing shares, which have a face value of Rs 10, will be split into 10 new shares, each with a face value of Re 1. This action is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders. Following a resolution by the Board of Directors and the expected approval at the Annual General Meeting, the company has set Friday, September 26, 2025, as the Record Date. This date is crucial as it will determine which shareholders are eligible to receive the new, split shares.

R M Drip & Sprinklers Systems Ltd, established in 1996, specialises in the design, manufacturing and installation assistance of micro irrigation systems, including both sprinkler and drip irrigation technologies. Serving farmers through a dealer network spanning several Indian states such as Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand (in collaboration with Greaves Cotton Ltd), the company also acts as an Original Equipment supplier to numerous irrigation companies and sub-assembly manufacturers.

Their product portfolio encompasses a range of drip irrigation solutions like online drippers and flat drip lines, various sprinkler systems including RM Sprinkler and mini/micro sprinklers and essential filtration and fertigation equipment such as plastic disc filters, sand/gravel media filters, fertiliser injectors and hydro-cyclone filters.

The Promoters bought 8,19,000 shares and increased their stake to 21.06 per cent while FIIs bought 2,10,500 shares and increased their stake to 2.97 per cent in June 2025 compared to March 2025. Additionally, DIIs took a fresh entry and bought 88,000 shares or a 0.35 per cent stake in the company in June 2025.

On Tuesday, shares of R M Drip & Sprinklers Systems Ltd jumped 2.42 per cent and hit a fresh 52-week high of Rs 798.95 per share from its previous closing of Rs 780.05 per share. The company has a market cap of over Rs 1,900 crore and the stock is up by 27 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 625.50 per share.
