Stocks to Watch Tomorrow

While the Nifty 50 ended below 24,100 on Monday, three stocks could attract attention on Tuesday after announcing deals worth thousands of crore.

Indian equity benchmarks ended lower on Monday as rising crude oil prices, renewed US-Iran tensions and concerns over potential US rate hikes weighed on market sentiment. Investors also remained cautious ahead of possible volatility from an MSCI index rejig and the implementation of the country's new stock closing system.

The Nifty 50 opened at 24,117.55 and slipped to an Intraday low of 23,993.60. The index remained below the 24,100 mark for most of the session and faced selling pressure around the 24,100-24,150 zone. However, a recovery from the day's low helped the index reclaim the 24,000 mark, which continues to act as an immediate support level.

At the close, the Nifty 50 settled at 24,080.40, down 95.25 points, or 0.39 per cent.

Against this backdrop, here are three stocks that could be in focus during tomorrow's trading session:

1. Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd, popularly known as TBZ the Original, could remain in focus after GRT Jewellers India Private Limited announced a proposed acquisition of a controlling stake in the jewellery retailer.

GRT has entered into a share purchase agreement with the promoters of TBZ to acquire their 74.12 per cent stake in the company. The aggregate value of the transaction is expected to be up to Rs 1,033.71 crore.

The proposed transaction is subject to the receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals and fulfilment of customary closing conditions. Following the acquisition of the promoter stake, GRT is also expected to launch an open offer for approximately 26 per cent of the company's shares, in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations.

2. E2E Networks Ltd

E2E Networks Ltd announced a major long-term engagement involving high-performance computing infrastructure. The company has entered into a binding term sheet with a sovereign AI company based in India for the provision of NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and allied services.

The arrangement has an aggregate contract value of approximately Rs 1,000 crore, excluding applicable Taxes. The engagement remains valid until June 2029.

The company said the agreement marks a significant milestone in its strategy of securing longer-term customers. The development is significant for E2E Networks as demand for high-performance computing infrastructure and AI-focused cloud services continues to expand.

3. Indo-Tech Transformers Ltd

Indo-Tech Transformers Ltd received the LoA dated August 28, 2026, for the supply of five transformers. The aggregate value of the order stands at Rs 55 crore, plus applicable taxes.

As per the company, all five transformers are scheduled to be executed between January 2027 and April 2027. The new order adds to the company's order pipeline and could remain a key point of interest for investors tracking developments in the power transmission and transformer segment.
