1. DCM Shriram Limited

DCM Shriram Limited announced the commissioning of its Main Aluminium Extrusion Plant at its Kota unit.

The company had earlier informed the stock exchanges on January 30, 2026, referring to its October 30, 2024 communication, that its Board had approved the setting up of an Aluminium Extrusion and Surface Finish plant at the Kota unit.

In its latest update, the company said the Main Aluminium Extrusion Plant was commissioned on September 1, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.

The Surface Finish Plants, however, are still under installation and commissioning.

The development marks a step forward in DCM Shriram’s plans to expand its aluminium extrusion and surface finishing capabilities. Investors will now track the commissioning of the remaining facilities and the subsequent ramp-up of operations.

2. Jamna Auto Industries Limited

Jamna Auto Industries Limited has completed the acquisition of 100 per cent of the issued share capital of Owen Springs Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales. Following the transaction, Owen Springs Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Jamna Auto Industries.

The acquisition gives Jamna Auto Industries its first international presence in the aftermarket segment. Owen Springs brings with it an established brand, customer relationships and an operating platform in the United Kingdom.

According to the company, the acquisition is also expected to strengthen its export business in the aftermarket segment. It will allow Jamna Auto Industries to broaden its product portfolio, including allied products, across the UK and other international markets.

The company expects the transaction to support wider international recognition and growth of the JAI brand.

3. Indo Tech Transformers Limited

Indo Tech Transformers Limited has received a Letter of Award from Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited for the supply of five transformers. The Letter of Award, dated August 28, 2026, has an aggregate value of Rs 55 crore, plus applicable Taxes.

Under the order, Indo Tech Transformers will supply three 170 MVA/175 MVA power transformers and two 125 MVA power transformers.

The order adds to the company’s business pipeline at a time when demand for power transmission and distribution equipment is being supported by investments in renewable energy and related infrastructure.
