Further to the announcement on July 28, 2025, the Board of Directors of Tata Investment Corporation Limited will convene a meeting on Monday, August 4, 2025. Besides reviewing and approving the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, the Board will also consider a proposal to sub-divide or stock split the company's existing Equity Shares, which currently have a face value of Rs 10 each. This proposed alteration to the share capital will be subject to the approval of shareholders and any necessary regulatory clearances.
