TechD Cybersecurity Launches 4-Module AI-Native Cybersecurity Platform TECHD ONE

On Friday, shares of TechD Cybersecurity Ltd fell 3.20 per cent to Rs 675 per share from its previous closing of Rs 697.35 per share. The stock’s 52-week high is Rs 843.60 per share and its 52-week low is Rs 360 per share. During the trading session, the stock touched an Intraday high of Rs 708, reflecting a surge of nearly 1.53 per cent from the previous close. As of 16:00 IST on May 22, 2026, the stock closed at Rs 675 per share.

Ahmedabad-based TechD Cybersecurity Ltd on May 21, 2026 announced the launch of TECHD ONE, an AI-native unified cybersecurity platform that combines four AI-driven security modules into a single operational ecosystem through its new digital platform, Defence.ai

The company, a CERT-In empaneled managed security services provider serving more than 500 enterprise clients, said the platform aims to address cybersecurity tool fragmentation and integration challenges faced by enterprises in India.

TECHD ONE Phase 1 launches with four production-ready AI-native modules:

  • Dark Vector AI – AI-powered autonomous external attack surface management platform with dark web and deep web threat intelligence and brand protection capabilities.
  • Provenance AI – AI-native enterprise software supply chain platform for zero-day discovery, source code review, Software Composition Analysis (SCA), Software Bill of Materials (SBOM), and AI-powered remediation. The module is powered by Eagle, Lion, and Griffin models through a strategic collaboration with Safeguard.sh.
  • Human Trust AI – AI-powered behavioural risk intelligence platform focused on phishing, vishing, smishing, and insider threat protection.
  • OT Shield AI – Vulnerability intelligence platform designed for operational technology and industrial control system security across industrial and critical infrastructure environments.

Sunny Vaghela, Founder and Managing Director of TechD Cybersecurity Ltd, said the platform is designed as a sovereign cybersecurity solution built on indigenous AI models and auditable infrastructure aligned with evolving regulatory and enterprise requirements in India.

The company said TECHD ONE will continue expanding through additional Phase 1 developments during the current quarter. It is also developing Phase 2 modules, including SecOps AI, PrivacyOps AI, and Identity Guard, targeted for rollout in 2027.

Alongside these developments, TechD is building a dedicated “Cybersecurity for AI” track focused on securing artificial intelligence systems. The upcoming offerings will include LLM security scanning, AI runtime protection, AI red-teaming, AI VAPT, and ISO/IEC 42001 advisory services.

The newly launched techdefence.ai platform will also function as a customer portal, technical documentation hub, and AI model transparency centre.

TechD Cybersecurity currently serves enterprise clients including the Adani Group, JM Financial, Zensar Technologies, and Astral Ltd.

The company’s IPO in September 2025 was oversubscribed 718 times, making it one of the most heavily subscribed cybersecurity listings in Indian capital markets history.

Headquartered in Ahmedabad, TechD Cybersecurity Ltd operates from GIFT City and the Cyber Valley Global Security Operations Centre. The company provides VAPT, SOC/SIEM managed services, and GRC/compliance services across sectors including BFSI, manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and capital markets.
