Third Largest India's Hotel Chain Business Subsidiary to Develop 5-Star Aurika Hotel in New Delhi’s Nehru Place with 500+ Keys

In a significant move to expand its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR), Lemon Tree Hotels' material subsidiary, Fleur Hotels Limited, has been awarded a Letter of Award (LOA) by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The LOA was received on August 14, 2025, after Fleur Hotels was declared the successful bidder for a prime land parcel in Nehru Place, New Delhi. This site is slated for the development and operation of a new 5-star hotel.

The new property, to be named "Aurika, Nehru Place," will introduce the Aurika upper-upscale brand to the NCR. With more than 500 keys, it is set to become one of Delhi's largest hotels. The hotel will feature elegant rooms and suites, extensive banqueting facilities, diverse dining options, and leisure amenities. Its design will echo the grandeur of the Aurika, Mumbai SkyCity, while incorporating elements unique to Delhi, aiming to attract both business and leisure travelers. This project reinforces Lemon Tree Hotels' footprint in a key market. The LOA is valid for 12 months from its issuance date, pending regulatory compliances.
