Company to Announce FY26 Results and Consider Dividend Recommendation

Board Meeting Details
The company has informed the exchanges that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on May 4, 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The results will include both standalone and consolidated financial statements, along with the auditors’ reports.
In addition to the financial results, the Board will also consider recommending a dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend, if approved, will be subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Tata Technologies Shareholding Pattern
As of December 2025, Tata Technologies Limited’s shareholding pattern shows promoter holding remained largely stable at 55.21 per cent compared to 55.22 per cent in the previous quarter. Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) increased their stake to 5.51 per cent from 5.25 per cent in September 2025. Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) also saw a slight rise to 2.92 per cent from 2.88 per cent. Public shareholding declined marginally to 36.34 per cent from 36.65 per cent in the previous quarter. The total number of shareholders stood at 13,45,082, compared to 13,90,010 in the previous quarter.
