Transformers company receives an order worth Rs 78.39 crore from Avaada Clean Project Pvt Ltd

Indo Tech Transformers Ltd has received a domestic order from Avaada Clean Project Pvt Ltd, valued at Rs 78.39 crore plus applicable taxes. The contract is for the manufacture and supply of 9 transformers, each with a capacity of 125 MVA. The execution of the order is scheduled to be completed in parts, with 2 transformers to be delivered by March 2026, and the remaining 6 units to be delivered in April and May of 2026. This information is disclosed as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
