Vijay Kedia holds 10.66% stake: Innovators Facade Systems received work orders worth Rs 223.79 crore

Innovators Façade Systems Limited has secured significant work orders totalling approximately Rs 223.79 crore (excluding Taxes) for the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Façade and Glazing Works from two major domestic clients. The largest order, valued at roughly Rs 146.19 crore, was awarded by Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited for Tower B, Birla Niyaara project in Worli, Mumbai, with an expected completion period of 987 days from the commencement date. The second order, worth approximately Rs 77.60 crore, comes from K Raheja Corp for the 94_97 Project in Pune, Maharashtra, which is scheduled to be executed over 24 months from the date of commencement. These contracts collectively represent a substantial boost to the company's project pipeline in the high-value real estate sector.

Earlier, the company received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Provenance Land Private Limited. The order is for the design, supply and installation of façade works for the commercial tower and new arrival lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel in Worli, Mumbai. This domestic contract is valued at Rs 87 crore (excluding taxes) and is expected to be completed within 17 months from the date of the LOA.
