Vipul Organics Partners with Global Specialty Materials Leader OMYA for Exclusive European Distribution of Pigments
Vipul Organics Ltd, a leading specialty chemicals company operating in the pigments and dyes segment, has announced a strategic exclusive distribution partnership with Switzerland-based Omya Group, a privately held global leader in industrial minerals production and specialty chemicals distribution.

On Thursday, shares of Vipul Organics Ltd fell 2.61 per cent to Rs 274.35 per share from its previous closing of Rs 281.70 per share. The stock’s 52-week high is Rs 309 per share and its 52-week low is Rs 156.80 per share. During the day, the stock touched an Intraday high of Rs 290, representing a gain of 2.95 per cent over its previous close.

Vipul Organics Ltd, a leading specialty chemicals company operating in the pigments and dyes segment, has announced a strategic exclusive distribution partnership with Switzerland-based Omya Group, a privately held global leader in industrial minerals production and specialty chemicals distribution.

Under the agreement, Omya will become the sole distributor of Vipul Organics’ SunTone® and SunCoat® ranges of high-performance pigment dispersions and pigment powders across key European markets. The distribution arrangement covers the United Kingdom, Norway, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, and Moldova, while Switzerland and Poland remain outside the scope of the agreement.

The SunTone® product range serves multiple industries, including paints, inks, plastics, textiles, rubber, automotive coatings, and industrial paints. Meanwhile, the SunCoat® range is widely used in paints and coatings applications, including interior, exterior and decorative coatings, paper coatings, seed coatings, detergents, shoe polish, and artistic and educational colours.

The partnership combines Vipul Organics’ manufacturing capabilities with Omya’s extensive distribution network. As a fully integrated manufacturer, Vipul Organics has built a strong reputation for producing pigments known for superior dispersibility, weather fastness, and technical performance.

On the other hand, Omya brings significant global reach, with operations in more than 50 countries and over 170 locations worldwide. Its network of regional warehouses and laboratories across Europe is expected to provide strong market access and technical support, helping European customers seamlessly integrate Vipul Organics’ pigment solutions into their supply chains.
