Vodafone Idea touched a fresh 52-week high of Rs 13.33 ahead of its board meeting to consider Q4FY26 results and a proposal for raising funds through equity shares and warrants.
Indian equity benchmark indices traded higher on Friday, with the benchmark Nifty 50 index rising 0.24 per cent to 23,747.20 during the session. Positive sentiment across telecom stocks supported buying interest in the broader markets. In this segment, shares of Vodafone Idea remained in focus after the company touched a fresh 52-week high and announced plans to consider a fundraising proposal along with its Q4FY26 and FY26 financial results. On Friday, Vodafone Idea share price gained 0.69 per cent to Rs 13.06.

Vodafone Idea shares touched a fresh 52-week high of Rs 13.33 on May 15, 2026. The stock’s 52-week low stands at Rs 6.12 recorded on August 14, 2025, reflecting a strong recovery over the past year.
The recent momentum in the stock comes amid investor focus on the company’s upcoming board meeting, fundraising plans and operational improvement initiatives.
Board To Consider Fund Raising Proposal
Vodafone Idea informed exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on May 16, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The Board will also consider and evaluate a proposal for raising funds through issuance of equity shares and/or warrants on a preferential basis, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
Investor Conference Call Scheduled
The company also announced that it will hold an analyst and investor conference call on May 18, 2026, to discuss Q4FY26 and FY26 performance. The management team participating in the call will include CEO Abhijit Kishore and CFO Tejas Mehta along with senior management officials.
