The Indian market ended with modest gains amid lower volume for the last three-four trading sessions. The broader market continued its upward march and outperformed benchmark indices for succeeding trading session. Technically, index breached its 21-day EMA resistance on closing basis. Now going forward nifty has next resistance around level of 8330 and 8365.

Now going forward nifty has next resistance around level of 8330 and 8365. On downside 8240 and 8200 will act as an important support zone for index. Momentum oscillators are turning positive and suggesting good up-move in coming trading session.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals (BSE Code: 532296) has received approval of its shareholders to raise up to USD 300 million (around Rs 1,890 crore) through issue of securities. Shareholders also approved hiking the shareholding limit for foreign institutional investors FIIs/RFPIs from 40% up to an aggregate limit of 49% of the paid-up share capital of the company.
