a) Thermax: Thermax has received an order of Rs 353 crores from Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers to execute an energy efficiency improvement project.

b) Wipro Ltd: Wipro partners with Verveba for advanced mobile radio network optimization solution. The partnership brings together Wipro’s expertise in telecom sector and Verveba’s mobile radio network optimization.

c) Infosys: Infosys has laid out an ambitious charter for next year under the leadership of Vishal Sikka and internally communicated to executives and employees that the company must grow revenues by 16 per cent in the financial year ending March 2017.

d) NTPC: The Government of India is set to sell its 5 per cent stake in NTPC through the Offer for Sale route tomorrow, government officials said. The government is looking to raise Rs 5,000 crore from the Offer for sale. 

e) Bosch Ltd: UBS has upgraded the stock to “buy”. The brokerage has cited over 40 per cent correction in stock price last year as a reason for upgrade. It says the Indian government’s move to significantly accelerate emission reduction rules bodes well for the company plus governments renewed focus on manufacturing gives it a booster shot.
