Overnight Digest – Stocks to look out for on Sept 12

The stocks which could witness a significant movement on September 12 are Reliance Communications, Yes Bank, Jain Irrigation, Reliance Power and Tata Steel.

a) Reliance Communications: According to some media houses, RCom and Aircel merger is likely to conclude early next week. The scrip of the company on September 9 closed at Rs 50.75, up by 0.59 per cent.

b) Yes Bank: Bank’s top management will meet SEBI's officials on September 12 to discuss the issue regarding deferred QIP. Shares of the bank reacted sharp on September 9 and closed at Rs 1227.25, down by 4 per cent.

c) Jain Irrigation: NaanDanjan Irrigation, a subsidiary of Jain Irrigation has inked a pact worth 18.7 million euros with Ministry of Agriculture and National Development, Eritrea for supply of Solar Powered Drip Irrigation Systems.

d) Reliance Power: Company is expected to declare its Q1FY17 results on September 12. The BSE 100 stock, on September 9 closed at Rs 53.5, down by 0.85 per cent.

e) Tata Steel: Company will also declare its Q1FY17 results on September 12. The scrip of the company closed at Rs 394.50, marginally down by 2.08 per cent.
