Company on September 15, informed bourses that it has been awarded the order for 29 Power Transformers upto 220kV class mounting to Rs 103 crores from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. The said order falls under the normal course of business. With this order, the company order book as on date stands at Rs 960 crores.
Similar order, company had won on September 2, when it was awarded the order for 13 number of 765 kV Class Reactors amounting to Rs. 68 crores from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. This is the first order for 765 kV reactors, and with this order, the company has order for the full range of transformers and reactors up to 765 kV Class.The order is likely to be executed within next one and a half year.
Meanwhile the Indian markets recovered with Sensex ending at 28412.89, up by 40 points and Nifty ended at 8712.55, up by 15 points.
