AksharChem India Ltd. :- AksharChem India Ltd., has informed BSE that a meeting of board of directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider, raising of funds through issue of securities.
Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd.:- Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd., has informed BSE that at the board of directors at their meeting held on November 09, 2016, inter alia, have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 6.85 per Equity Share. Further, the Interim Dividend will be paid/ dispatched on or before November 28, 2016.
Cipla Ltd :- The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs. 3292.40 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to Rs. 5320.90 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Total income has decreased from Rs. 31085.30 million for the quarter ended September 30.
