BLB Ltd:- The company has informed BSE that the Company has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with Manish Sharma and others for sale of its entire shareholding i.e. 100% in its Non - Material Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Sri Chaturbhuj Properties Limited.
Oil India Ltd:- The company has informed BSE that the board of directors of the Company in its meeting held on November 28, 2016 have inter-alia accorded its approval for voluntary winding up of its Wholly Owned Subsidiary-Oil India International Limited in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
GVK Power/Punj Lloyd/ GSPL :- These companies will be declaring their Q2 results and will trade volatile in Wednesday's session.
National Fertilisers: - The company reported its Q2 results on Tuesday. Net income has been declared 15.9 per cent down whereas the Net Profits are down by almost 10.7 per cent even as EBITDA margins have improved to 7.3 per cent from 7 per cent.
