A2Z Infra Engineering has received a contract from Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Company (a government of Chhattisgarh Undertaking) on December 2. The company will construct 132 KV S/S Pakhanjur and associates EHV line on a turnkey basis TR-16/05. The aggregate value of the winning contract stands at Rs 35.26 crore.
On the financial front, A2Z Infra Engineering’s revenue has declined by 42.7 per cent to Rs 149 crore in Q2FY17 as compared to same period in previous fiscal. The company’s EBITDA too has reduced by 25.23 per cent to Rs 15.5 crore in Q2FY17 on a yearly basis. Its net loss has widened, and stands at Rs 16.65 crore in Q2FY17 against net loss of Rs 8.4 crore in Q2FY16.
On the segmental revenue front, A2Z Infra Engineering has earned 83.47 per cent from infrastructure Engineering, 0.19 per cent from renewable energy and 16.33 per cent from others in Q2FY17.
The share price of the A2Z Infra Engineering reduced by 8.45 per cent on bourses and closed at Rs 39.55 on an intraday basis on Friday. The company’s share price has dropped almost 16.82 per cent in last one month.
