Coal India Ltd: The company is the largest coal producer in the country, accounting for 85 per cent of the total coal production. It is engaged in production and sale of coal, middlings, and rejects.

Alok Industries Ltd: The company is into manufacturing of home textiles, apparel fabrics, garments and polyester yarns. It has diversified its business into retail and realty through subsidiaries.

Amtek Auto Ltd: The company is an automotive component manufacturer with its presence in Europe and North America, along with India.It is into forging, grey and ductile iron casting, gravity and high-pressure aluminium die casting and machining and sub-assembly.

Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Ltd: It is Bajaj Group’s sugar and ethanol manufacturing company. It has sugar plants located in UP with sugarcane crushing capacity of more than 96K tonnes per day. It also produces power from bagasse.

Den Networks Ltd: It is a television company providing digital cable television and broadband services. Its distributes TV channels through analog and digital distribution network. It enjoys 13 per cent market share in cable TV with nearly 13 mn subscribers.

HDIL: It’s a major realty company engaged in the business of residential, commercial and retail development from slum rehabilitation to land development in Mumbai.

Hindustan Copper Ltd: It is a government-owned Miniratna company involved in mining of copper and copper ore, including beneficiation of minerals, smelting and refining. It is the only vertically integrated copper producer in India.

Kaveri Seed Company Ltd: KSCCL is a seed company that operates in production, processing, and marketing of hybrids. It is the third largest producer of cotton and sunflower hybrid seeds with a market share of 13 per cent and 28 per cent, respectively.

KSK Energy Ventures Ltd: It is a power project development company involved in developing, operating and maintaining power projects. The company operates through two segments: power generation and power development.

Omaxe Ltd: The company deals in real estate segment, providing infrastructure facilities, which include housing and real estate development. It undertakes business such as promotion, construction, development and sale of townships, residential, commercial property and developed plots.

Prism Cement Ltd: This Raheja Group company is a building material manufacturer. Its product segments include tiles, bathroom and kitchen; cement and RMC.

The shares of the abovementioned companies are likely to remain in focus and their stock prices may witness some volatility on Tuesday, December 13, 2016.
