HDFC Realty, a wholly owned subsidiary of the country’s largest housing finance company HDFC Limited has now launched a mobile application named ‘PropPartner’ for brokers in the real estate sector.
The company had been working on the aggregation of real estate agents across key cities in India for the past few months in order to make the housing space more consumer friendly and at the same time transparent.
Post registration, the PropPartner app gives brokers access to projects exclusively being marketed by HDFC Realty, special schemes by developers and also special HDFC payment plans.
The app allows the users, (real estate agents), to profile their city / area of operation as also the other cities that they are interested in for sourcing the projects from, for their customers. The 'in-app' sharing functionality lets the real estate agents share the project details with their customers directly.
This app is a good platform as it helps the agents to display projects in their vicinity and at the same time other projects too, which will ultimately provide more options to home buyers or people interested in renting the house.
Stock of HDFC is trading flat at Rs 1232.65 on NSE.
