Vibrant Gujarat programme has given a big helping hand to the falling Mahindra Lifespace Developers. The company engaged in the real estate and infrastructure development arm has signed a MoU with the Government of Gujarat to establish a 350 acre multi-product industrial park near Ahmadabad.

The stock of the company had fallen by 21.30 per cent in last fiscal and the stock is trading with a P/E of 18.16. The company's return too has fallen by 3.20 per cent to 24.54 per cent. The company will be able to engage around 12,000 employees in the new project will be in operation. The two fund houses which have invested in the stock of the company are UTI and Goldman Sachs Mutual Fund.
