MEP Infrastructure Developers & NHAI signs Concession Agreement

MEP Sanjose Nagpur Ring Road 2 Private limited (MEP NRR2), a subsidiary of MEP Infrastructure Developers, has entered into a Concession Agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) dated May 19, 2016 for four laning stand alone ring road/ bypass for the Nagpur City Package II from Km 34+000 to Km 62+035 (Design length 28+035 Km) in Maharashtra on BOT (Hybrid Annuity) basis.

These projects will be funded by IDBI and IIFCL.
The said period of the concession period is 30 months and the concession period is 15 years. In the last one year, the stock has fallen by 4.94 per cent. Currently, the stock has given per-share earnings (P/E) of 5.84. On a half yearly basis, the earnings per share (EPS) of the company stands at Rs 6.98. HDFC is the only fund house which has invested in the stock of the company.
