Great Eastern Shipping allots 5,000 NCDs

Great Eastern Shipping announced that its Debenture Issue Committee has allotted 5,000 unsecured non-convertible debentures (NCD) of face value worth 10 lakhs, aggregating to Rs 500 crore in two tranches of Rs 250 crore each.

The stock of the company on January 18 closed in red. In the last one year, the stock has given a return of 16.76 per cent. Currently, the stock is trading with the per-share earnings (P/E) of 6.94. On an annualised basis, in the last three years, the stock has given a return of 9.01 per cent.
