Tata Chemicals signs MoU with AP govt, to invest Rs 200-250 crore

Tata Chemicals has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Andhra Pradesh for the creation and development of biotechnology-based nutritional products such as Oligosaccharides and other products in Nellore district involving an investments of about Rs 200-250 crore.

The MoU was signed on January 28, 2017 during the 2nd Sunrise Andhra Pradesh lnvestment Meet. 

In a period of one year, the Tata Chemicals stock has delivered returns of 53.25 per cent and outperformed the BSE Mid-cap index and Nifty Commodities index.
