* Modi effect
America's huge business interests in India and Donald Trump's friendship with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi may prevent Trump from putting strong restrictions on work visas. It all means some scope of ease in proposed restrictions.
* Industry pressure
Several heads of Indian IT companies are discussing to lobby against the restrictions on H-1B work visa programme. Inernational business interest can upset Donald Trump from limiting the visa regime.
