Andhra Pradesh is growing rapidly when it comes to development and industries. AP govt signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Spain-based turbine maker Gamesa, to facilitate around Rs 17,500 crore investment in the state.

This investment will be made in wind, solar and wild-solar hybrid power projects.The company is yet to decide on the location, which will soon be identified to proceed with the establishment of these projects. The size of the project will be of 2,500 MW of renewable energy capacity comprising of wind, solar and wind-solar hybrid power projects.
In the past, the AP government during the 23rd edition of the CII Partnership Summit, had inked as much as 665 MoUs involving investment proposals of an astounding Rs 10.54 lakh crore in the segment of petrochemical, automobiles, bio-pharma, textiles, energy and tourism.
With such development plans, AP is becoming one of the biggest business magnet within the country as well as gloablly.
