Markets close in the red amid weak global sentiments

At the closing bell, Nifty ended at 9203, with loss of 33 points and BSE Sensex closed at 29643, a decline of 144 points. On the NSE, 19 shares closed in the green, while 32 shares ended the day in the red.
All indices closed in the red, except Healthcare. Consumer Durables and Auto declined 157 points and 101 points, respectively. Other indices fell about 50 points each. Mid-cap index declined 31 points and Small-cap decreased 72 points. However, Healthcare index increased 95 points.
Asian markets traded mixed on Wednesday. Shanghai dropped 0.46 per cent, Hang Seng increased 0.93 per cent and Nikkei declined 1.04 per cent. European markets were trading mixed.
Derivative Analysis
Nifty Future closed in the negative at 9226. Going ahead, 9276/9193 will be the immediate support levels.
