NBCC signs deal with arm of Berger Paints

NBCC (India) Ltd., signed a Memorandum of Business Exploration (MoBE) with Poland's Bolix S.A. to import a building technology solution that can save energy consumption by upto 35 per cent.
NBCC (India) Ltd., signed a Memorandum of Business Exploration (MoBE) with Poland's Bolix S.A. to import a building technology solution that can save energy consumption by upto 35 per cent. This deal seems to be cost effective for NBCC as it will help to reduce power consumption.
Bolix is 100 per cent subsidiary of Berger Paints India. It is a leading producer of external thermal insulation and composite systems (ETICS) solutions technology. Its revenue stood at 35 million euros last year.
According to NBCC's chairman, this new technology will extend the life of a building by up to 20 years. NBCC is going to use this ETICS technology in its ongoing and upcoming projects in India and abroad. Bolix will export these building materials and technology.
NBCC Ltd., is a PSU engaged in the business of project management consultancy (PMC), real estate and engineering procurement and consultancy (EPC). Through PMC, which contributes 88% of the revenue, the company has been executing many landmark projects. NBCC is currently having domestic orderbook of Rs 80000 crore and overseas orderbook is about more than Rs 1000 crore. It has bagged new construction projects in Mauritius and Maldives also. Company is expecting revenue growth of around 30 per cent for FY18.
In today's trade, NBCC opend at Rs 182.9 and touched an intraday high of Rs 184.6 on NSE. At 11:28 a.m., the stock was trading at Rs 184.45 on NSE.
