Q4FY17 results: Sasken Technologies

Sasken Technologies Ltd., reported its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017, post market hours on Wednesday.

Total sales for this quarter, Q4FY17, came in at Rs 117.65 crores. This represents a 5.89 per cent sequential increase and 1.81 per cent YoY decline.

Operating profit (EBIT) for the recently concluded quarter amounted to Rs 10.24 crore; and the EBIT margin stood at 8.7 per cent.

In terms of the bottom-line, the company reported a PAT figure of Rs 35.57 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 157.28 per cent and a YoY decline of 80.97 per cent.

The Company has declared & recommended a dividend of Rs 7 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2016-17.

In response to the result, today the company's stock opened gap up at Rs 416 as against the previous close of Rs 404.8. Also, in early morning session the stock touched day's high of Rs 424.65. Further, the stock at 11.35 a.m. is trading at Rs 418.6.
