Job Profile:

Key Responsibility Areas:  

• Marketing the growing DSIJ websites according to business priorities
• Setting strategies for website development and growth based on traffic, SEO, traffic building across product verticals using analytics to map, analyse user data, interpret online users behavior, and measuring ROI across the digital media
• Setting strategies and managing SEM, PPC, Affiliate marketing, Online Branding & PR, Lead Generation, Blogs, Forums, Webinars, Mobile marketing to achieve higher page views and unique visitors
• Work closely with the content, design, production, quality assurance and IT teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience
• Managing media buying and tracking online campaigns
• Identify, Execute and Manage potential business alliances
• Conceptualize, Execute and Manage Social Media Marketing initiatives
• Identifying high-growth and high-revenue opportunities and taking a lead on executing them
• Ensuring growth of traffic, revenue, conversion rate and revenue per visitor (RPV)
• Reporting on the performance of each site and troubleshooting of problems

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:
 

• A keen business acumen as it relates to prioritization and revenue optimization
• Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate findings into strategic implications
  

• Experience in SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, Web analytics, social media marketing, Online Media Buying & Optimization, Business partnerships, Social Media Marketing
• Knowledge of various SEO Sites, Blogs and Forums that play a key Role in Updating the Knowledge base
• Knowledge of HTML, DreamWeaver, and campaign analytics

• An ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• An interest in natural search space and managing websites
• Exceptional creativity and ability to 'push the envelope' in the pursuit of unrealized opportunities
• Initiative, a sense of urgency, and a 'can do' attitude; enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic
• Outstanding record of achievement, ambition and drive
• Excellent written English
• Should have managed an online marketing team
