Bharti Airtel has announced the launch of Project Next – its digital innovation program, which isaimed at transforming experience across all of its services and touch points.

Airtel said it plans to invest up to Rs 2000 crore over the next three years under the project to launch several exciting digital innovations to step change the simplicity and interactivity of the Airtel customer experience.
Bharti Airtel ended at Rs 405.40, up by Rs 20.75 or 5.39% on Monday, on the BSE. The stock had hit a high and low of Rs 410 and Rs 384.70 respectively.
“Project Next complements Airtel’s massive investments towards building a future ready network under project leap,” said Bharti Airtel in a BSE filing on Monday.
As part of Project Next, Airtel unveiled the first set of digital innovations for its customers.
