Sensex heavyweights, ITC and Reliance have been trading in negative territory, dragging the index. ITC was trading at Rs 287.2 per share, down by 11.7% while Reliance was trading at Rs 1537 level, down by 0.93% while
Meanwhile, Sensex was trading at 31879 level, down by 194 pointsand Nifty was trading at 9874 level, down by 41 points. There are 42 advances and 9 declines in the Nifty50 index showing positive sentiments in the other stocks except heavyweights like Reliance and ITC.
Reliance crossed Rs 5 lakh crore in market capitalisation to become the most valued company on the bourses in Monday’s trading session.
