Realty major Sobha declined nearly 2% during Tuesday’s trade on the BSE after a block deal. The stock has witnessed a spurt in volume by more than 28.31 times.

The stock witnessed 7.9 lakh shares trade in three blocks on the NSE and BSE at Rs 378.65 and Rs 379 per share respectively. The stock was trading at Rs 377, down by Rs 7.65 or 1.99% as at 1204 hours on Tuesday, on the BSE.
Block deal is a trade with a minimum quantity of 5 lakh shares or minimum value of Rs 5 crore, executed through a single transaction on the special block deal window.
Sobha is engaged in the construction and development of residential and commercial projects as well as contractual projects.
