Telecom major Reliance Communications (RCom) will review the merger with Aircel in its board meeting, the company informed in a BSE filing on Wednesday post market hours.
Telecom major Reliance Communications (RCom) will review the merger with Aircel in its board meeting, the company informed in a BSE filing on Wednesday post market hours.
The board meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2017 when it will consider, review, and approve matters relating to the scheme of arrangement between the company and Aircel submitted to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) as well as other deleveraging measures undertaken or to be undertaken by the company.
Reliance Communications was trading at Rs 21.85 per share, down by Rs 0.45 or 2.02% as at 1018 hours on Thursday, on the BSE. The stock has attracted a traded volume of 37,03,918 shares and traded value of Rs 811.53 lakh on the NSE.
