HPTSL becomes a subsidiary of Adani Transmission

Pursuant to a competitive bidding process, Adani Transmission has acquired 100% equity share capital of a special purpose vehicle (SPV) company called Hadoti Power Transmission Service (HPTSL) from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. (RVPN).
The bidding was carried out by RVPN for the development of 220 KV and 132 KV grid sub-stations along with associated transmission lines and associated schemes and works. HPTSL has now become a wholly-subsidiary of Adani Transmission.
