The firm has bagged two orders totalling Rs. 913 crore for design, supply and construction of 500 kV and 225/90 kV transmission lines in Thailand and Africa. It has also won an order for pipeline installation and associated terminal works of KSPPL for Rs, 144 crore, the company said in a filing on BSE.
“These orders in southeast Asia and Africa help in building a solid base for growth in our International business. The order in our pipeline business highlights the confidence of our clients on us to deliver. We are confident of meeting our guidance,” Manish Mohnot, Managing Director & CEO, KPTL said.
KPTL engages in the business of designing, testing, fabrication, erection and construction of transmission lines and sub–station structures across India and overseas.
At 02:15 pm (IST), the scrip of KPTL was trading 0.72 per cent higher at Rs 369.25 on the BSE. It opened at Rs 365.15 and touched a high and low of Rs 375.10 and Rs 364, respectively. The stock attracted a traded volume of 10,383 shares on the BSE. Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 79.64 points, or 0.25 per cent to 31,894.
