Index trend and stocks in action December 05, 2017

During the previous trading session Nifty started off the session on a positive note and thereafter, it witnessed sell-off, however, by the end of the day Nifty managed to post modest gains of 6 points. Price action led to formation of bear candle which had lower highs and lower lows. However, Nifty managed to hold its immediate support and previous swing low which is placed around 10,090. Going forward, a follow through decline below the level of 10,089 will see index extending its slide towards level of 10,060, which is the 100-SMA for the Nifty. Whereas, on the upside the zone of 10,180- 10,200 will be a key hurdle for the Nifty. 

Strides Shasun: Eris Lifesciences completes the acquisition of Stride Shasun’s India brand business. 

Shree Pushkar Chemicals and Fertilisers: An additional capacity of 3,000 MTA of the dyes plant has been created at its unit no. III at B-97, MIDC Lote Parshuram and the plant has commenced trial runs by end November 2017. 

Indianbulls Real Estate: IPIT become a wholly-owned unit. IPIT will get delisted from SGX-ST. 

Balaji Amines: The Department  of Industries, Energy and Labour, Mantralya, Mumbai has conferred 'Mega Project' status to the Expansion Project being under taken by the Company at an Project Outlay of Rs. 296 crores at MIDC Chincholi, Solapur, Maharashtra. The said status of Mega Project entitles the company to various incentives, subject to compliance of conditions of Package Scheme Incentives (PSI) 2013 . 

Wonderla Holidays: Company announced inauguration of its latest attraction ‘Mission Interstellar’ at Wonderla Hyderabad. The company has invested Rs. 40 crore to build India’s first space flying experience ride.  

TWL: The Scheme of Amalgamation of Titagarh Agrico Private Limited (a subsidiary of the Company) with Cimmco Limited (another subsidiary of the Company) and their respective shareholders is sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench .
