With the stock rising 6.33 per cent on Tuesday to Rs 238.20, the value of his holding increased by approximately Rs 7,93,52,000 during the session, reflecting the impact of the sharp rally in the stock.

Capacite Infraprojects FII Holding Increases In Q4 FY26

According to the latest shareholding pattern, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) increased their stake to 14.96 per cent in March 2026, compared with 14.09 per cent in December 2025, reflecting a sequential increase of 0.87 percentage points.

Meanwhile, Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) held 7.82 per cent in March 2026, compared with 8.54 per cent in the December 2025 quarter, indicating a decline of 0.72 percentage points.

Promoter ownership remained unchanged at 31.69 per cent during both the December 2025 and March 2026 quarters, reflecting stability in promoter shareholding.

Public shareholding stood at 45.52 per cent in March 2026 compared with 45.68 per cent in December 2025, witnessing a marginal decline. The total number of shareholders decreased to 61,699 in March 2026 from 63,713 in the previous quarter.
