This includes a 1:10 stock split, converting each existing equity share of Rs 10 face value into ten shares of Re 1 each. Concurrently, the board sanctioned a 1:1 bonus issue, distributing one fully paid bonus equity share of Re 1 face value for every one existing share of Re 1 face value, to be funded from the company's free reserves. The Board of Directors has set Friday, August 22, 2025, as the record date for the bonus share and stock split issuance.
