For FY26, consolidated sales stood at Rs 18,347.43 million, reflecting a 24.4 per cent YoY increase from Rs 14,742.87 million in FY25, indicating sustained revenue momentum. Shareholding Pattern Update
As of March 2026, promoters hold 72.80 per cent stake, reflecting stable promoter ownership. Institutional participation has seen improvement, with FIIs increasing their stake to 1.11 per cent from 0.68 per cent, while DIIs increased their holding to 10.46 per cent from 9.53 per cent.
Notably, Bandhan Small Cap Fund increased its stake from 3.24 per cent in December 2025 to 4.25 per cent in March 2026, indicating growing institutional confidence in the company. Public shareholding stands at 15.62 per cent.
