Oberoi Realty’s Joint Venture I-Ven Realty Partners with AMAN Group for Luxury Hotel and Branded Residences

Oberoi Realty Limited has announced that its joint venture, I-Ven Realty Limited, has entered into a strategic partnership with the prestigious AMAN GROUP SARL, Switzerland. This collaboration centres on a prime 4-acre land parcel located at Dr Annie Besant Road in Worli, Mumbai. The development plan for this site includes an ultra-luxury hotel featuring approximately 80 guest rooms and an expansive residential component offering between 150,000 to 200,000 square feet of carpet area for sale. Under the newly signed Hotel Management and Residences Branding agreements, the property will be developed and marketed under the globally renowned 'Aman' brand, leveraging their expertise in high-end hospitality and villa management.

The agreements establish a long-term commitment, with the hotel expected to become operational by August 31, 2032. Aman will manage and operate the facilities for an initial tenure of 25 years, with a provision for an automatic 10-year extension. While Oberoi Realty holds a 39.13 per cent stake in the SPV, the project is further backed by promoter Mr Vikas Oberoi and Alpha Wave Ventures II, LP. This partnership is expected to significantly enhance the value of the Worli development, positioning it as a premier destination for luxury living and hospitality in India through the global prestige of the Aman mark.
