Just Dial: Just Dial has signed an advertising agreement with broadcaster Star India for advertising as ‘co-presenting sponsor’ in Indian Premier League-14 (IPL 2021), to be held in April-May this year. 

Radico Khaitan: Fire broke out at the company’s Rampur Plant in Uttar Pradesh. Around 8- 8.15 am, a sudden fire was noticed in two of the alcohol storage tanks with a combined capacity of extra neutral alcohol of 3,50,000 bulk litres. There has been no material impact on the revenue/production of the company due to this fire incident. Production was stopped only for a few hours as a precautionary measure. As of now, all alcohol production and bottling operations have resumed. 

Adani Enterprises: About 10 million equity shares of the face value of Rs 2 per share will be allotted to Windy Lakeside Investment Ltd (Windy) at a price of Rs 800 per equity share for an aggregate consideration of up to Rs 800 crore. 

Polycab: Polycab Wires Italy, SRL, a wholly-owned subsidiary, incorporated under the Italian Civil Code, has been dissolved on March 05.  

SPIC: The company’s plant at Tuticorin has been restarted. Its production has also resumed.

Aarti Drugs: Aarti Speciality Chemicals Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aarti Drugs Limited receives approval accorded under the production-linked incentive (PLI) scheme for the pharmaceutical sector. 

Rushil Décor: The regular commercial production at Vishakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) unit commences, having a capacity of 800 CBM per day.
