1. Rubicon Research Ltd

Rubicon Research Ltd has acquired a manufacturing facility in East Brunswick, New Jersey, from InvaTech Pharma Solutions LLC for an enterprise value of USD 2.9 million.

The transaction was completed on July 21, 2026, and includes the facility's lease, equipment, records and regulatory permits. The acquisition provides Rubicon Research with a manufacturing base in the United States that is comparable in size to its Satara facility. The company clarified that the transaction does not include any product approvals or regulatory filings. The acquisition is expected to strengthen its manufacturing presence in the US market and support future growth plans.

2. SRF Ltd

SRF Ltd reported a strong set of numbers for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with robust growth across revenue and profitability.

Consolidated revenue rose 32 per cent year-on-year to Rs 5,033 crore from Rs 3,819 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Operational earnings before interest and Tax (EBIT) increased 61 per cent to Rs 1,116 crore from Rs 694 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) jumped 76 per cent to Rs 759 crore from Rs 432 crore.

3. Innovision Ltd

Innovision Ltd has received a Letter of Award (LoA) for the operation of a user fee collection agency at the Biratiya Kalan Fee Plaza on the Bar-Bilara-Jodhpur section of National Highway-112 in Rajasthan.

The contract also includes the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, including the replenishment of consumable items. The total value of the contract stands at approximately Rs 97.53 crore. The order was awarded through a competitive e-tendering process under the National Highways Development Project (NHDP) Phase IV on EPC mode.
