1. Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd

Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd reported revenue of Rs 1,310 crore, up 54 per cent year-on-year. EBITDA stood at Rs 303 crore, rising 49 per cent, while the EBITDA margin came in at 23.1 per cent. Net profit increased 45 per cent year-on-year to Rs 181 crore, with a net profit margin of 13.6 per cent.

Battery electric vehicle (BEV) revenue reached a record share of 44 per cent of total revenue during the quarter, with BEV revenue surging 107 per cent year-on-year.

The company also secured three new business orders, including one electric vehicle programme, one hybrid programme and one internal combustion engine programme. In addition, it announced its entry into the robotics and Physical AI segment, marking a new growth avenue.

2. Andhra Paper Ltd

Andhra Paper Ltd announced a further improvement in operations at its Kadiam Unit.

The company said its second paper machine, with a production capacity of 55 metric tonnes per day, resumed operations on July 23, 2026. Following the restart, the unit's operational capacity has increased from around 70 per cent to nearly 93 per cent of its normal production capacity.

3. Recode Studios Ltd

Recode Studios Ltd announced the successful completion of Phase I of its proposed acquisition of Aflairza Professionals Private Ltd.

The company invested around Rs 8.32 crore to acquire a 33 per cent equity stake through a combination of fresh share subscription and purchase of shares from existing shareholders. The acquisition was completed on July 23, 2026, in line with the share purchase agreement.

Recode Studios had earlier proposed acquiring a 51 per cent stake in Aflairza in two phases, with the remaining stake expected to be acquired by February 2027, subject to agreed conditions.
