On the selling side, Tiger Strategies Fund-I sold 1,08,000 shares, while Sanjay Popatlal Jain offloaded 3,42,000 shares, both at an average price of Rs 200 per share.

Shareholding Pattern

As of the March 2026 quarter, the company's promoter holding increased to 74.07 per cent from 73.58 per cent in the December 2025 quarter. During the same period, FII holding declined to 2.42 per cent from 2.77 per cent, while DII holding decreased to 7.76 per cent from 11.09 per cent. Public shareholding increased to 15.75 per cent from 12.56 per cent.

Sharp Decline in Borrowings

Baikakaji Foods has strengthened its balance sheet by significantly reducing debt. Borrowings declined sharply by around 71 per cent to Rs 32 crore in FY26 from Rs 109 crore in FY25, resulting in improved financial discipline and a stronger capital structure.

The company's reserves also increased substantially to Rs 154 crore in FY26 from Rs 51 crore a year earlier, while total assets rose to Rs 235 crore from Rs 204 crore.
