Where Will Vinod Texworld Use the IPO Proceeds?

A large portion of the IPO proceeds will be directed towards strengthening the company's operations and balance sheet.

The company plans to use Rs 6.39 crore for the expansion of its existing fabric processing and dyeing plant. Another Rs 7.15 crore will be used to repay outstanding borrowings. The company has earmarked Rs 20.35 crore for meeting its working capital requirements. A further Rs 5.97 crore of the Net Proceeds will be utilised for general corporate purposes.

The proposed utilisation of funds is therefore focused on capacity expansion, reducing borrowings and supporting the company's working capital needs.

Vinod Texworld Financial Performance

The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 342.64 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. EBITDA stood at Rs 22.83 crore during FY26, while profit after Tax (PAT) was Rs 10.41 crore.

The financial performance comes as the company prepares to expand its existing processing and dyeing capacity and strengthen its working capital position.

Incorporated in 2012, Vinod Texworld Ltd is an integrated textile company involved in the manufacturing, processing and supply of textile products for domestic and international markets.

The company specialises in dyeing and printing greige fabric and offers cotton, polyester and blended fabrics. Its production process covers the sourcing of greige fabric through to the manufacture of dyed and printed fabrics.

Vinod Texworld operates a manufacturing facility spread across approximately 5,949 square metres of owned land. The facility has an installed capacity of around 22.5 million metres per annum.

The company has a presence across several Indian markets, including Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.

With the IPO proceeds earmarked for plant expansion, debt repayment and working capital, the issue will provide the company with funds to support its next phase of operations.
