Avanti Feeds Limited manufactures and sells shrimp feed, its principal business, serving primarily domestic shrimp aquaculture customers, with limited exports. It also operates shrimp hatcheries supplying shrimp seed, produces small volumes of fish feed, and generates power through wind mills. Its operations include facilities in locations such as Kovvur and Gujarat. Through its sixty per cent subsidiary, Avanti Frozen Foods Private Limited, the group also has exposure to frozen seafood processing.
