Historically, the company focused on MICE solutions, including event management, destination management, hotel and venue bookings, ticketing, visa assistance and Logistics management. Over time, the company has expanded its offerings to include corporate travel management, B2B travel distribution, leisure travel and a consumer-facing online travel platform under development.
The company’s corporate travel platform includes features such as a self-booking tool, approval workflows, automated ticketing, invoicing, reporting and analytics capabilities. As of August 1, 2026, the company had onboarded more than 100 corporate clients on this platform.
Here’s Why Mach Travel Solutions Hit 52-Week High: Q1 FY27 Financial Performance
Mach Travel Solutions reported a significant improvement in financial performance during the first quarter of FY27.
Revenue from operations stood at Rs 144.33 crore in Q1FY27, compared with Rs 22.62 crore in Q1 FY26, marking a YoY growth of 538.06 per cent. Total income increased to Rs 146.37 crore from Rs 23.19 crore during the same period.
The company reported EBITDA of Rs 8.92 crore in Q1FY27 compared with Rs 1.66 crore in the year-ago quarter, representing a growth of 436.61 per cent. EBITDA margin stood at 6.09 per cent during the quarter.
Profit before Tax increased to Rs 8.24 crore from Rs 1.39 crore, while profit after tax rose to Rs 6.17 crore compared with Rs 1.52 crore in Q1 FY26. The company reported a net profit of Rs 6.14 crore after considering minority interest.
The company’s gross merchandise value (GMV) during Q1 FY27 stood at Rs 252 crore.
