Shipwaves Online Limited Announces Price Band of Rs12 for Upcoming IPO; Subscription Opens December 10

The company plans to raise Rs 5,635.20 lakh through a fixed-price issue comprising 4,69,60,000 fresh equity shares with a face value of Re 1 each.

Shipwaves Online Limited has announced a price band of Rs 12 per equity share for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO). The public issue will open for subscription on December 10, 2025, and close on December 12, 2025. The company plans to raise Rs 5,635.20 lakh through a fixed-price issue comprising 4,69,60,000 fresh equity shares with a face value of Re 1 each. The bid lot size has been set at 10,000 equity shares.

The company’s shares will be listed on the BSE SME platform. Finshore Management Services Ltd is acting as the Book Running Lead Manager, while Cameo Corporate Services Ltd is the Registrar to the issue. Anant Securities Ltd will operate as the Market Maker.

Shipwaves Online Limited operates a unified multimodal Logistics platform offering seamless end-to-end shipment solutions across ocean, land, and air. The platform focuses on efficiency, transparency, and automation, providing real-time visibility, automated documentation, streamlined customs processes, and comprehensive shipment management. Its digital-first approach enables global cargo movement while reducing time, cost, and manual intervention.

The company’s operations span two major verticals: digital freight forwarding and an AI-driven SaaS platform. The SaaS segment, which delivers a strong gross margin of around 65 per cent, is growing rapidly. As of March 2025, the digital freight forwarding vertical reported revenue of approximately Rs 90 crore, while the AI-powered SaaS vertical contributed nearly Rs 18 crore.

In addition to freight forwarding, Shipwaves offers a suite of Enterprise SaaS tools designed to support supply chain digitalisation. These include real-time analytics, demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and end-to-end shipment planning solutions.
