Ace investor Ashish Kacholia reduced his stake in Radiowalla Network from 7.78 per cent to 3.24 per cent in the March 2026 quarter, while the stock price locked in 5 per cent upper circuit in Tuesday's trade

On Tuesday, Indian benchmark indices ended lower in early trade. As of the latest available trade, the Nifty 50 declined 31.65 points, or 0.13 per cent, to 24,398.70. Despite the weak market sentiment, Radiowalla Network share price was locked around 5 per cent Upper Circuit at Rs 26, extending gains during the trading session.

Ashish Kacholia Cuts Stake

According to the March 2026 shareholding pattern, Ace Investor Ashish Kacholia reduced his stake in Radiowalla Network to 3.24 per cent, down from 7.78 per cent in the previous quarter, indicating a partial reduction in his holding.

Despite the stake cut, Kacholia continues to remain a public shareholder in the company.

Ashish Kacholia Holding Gains Rs 2.74 Lakh in a Day

Based on the latest available shareholding data, Ashish Kacholia holds 2,28,405 equity shares of Radiowalla Network.

With the stock gaining Rs 1.20 during Tuesday's session, the value of his holding increased by approximately Rs 2,74,086 in a single trading day.

Shareholding Pattern

As of the March 2026 quarter, the company's promoter holding increased marginally to 41.43 per cent from 41.25 per cent in the previous quarter. FII holding remained unchanged at 0.57 per cent, while DII holding declined to nil from 2.22 per cent.

Among public shareholders, Hemant Hansraj Kenia held 6.49 per cent, while several other investors continued to feature in the company's shareholding pattern.
